四、典型應用與測量原理

4.1 測量物(wu)體表面(mian)電位

開機與清零

在(zai)遠離被測(ce)物(wu)體(ti)(最好遠離被測(ce)物(wu)體(ti)1米(mi)以(yi)上)或(huo)電位(wei)為零(ling)處(如(ru)接地(di)金屬(shu)體(ti)或(huo)地(di)面附近)將(jiang)電源(yuan)開關撥(bo)到ON的(de)位(wei)置(zhi),此時顯(xian)示值應為零(ling)或(huo)接近零(ling)(末尾數字最好不超過3〕。若不為零(ling),可將(jiang)開關撥(bo)回OFF位(wei)置(zhi)(清零(ling)與關機(ji)是在(zai)同一位(wei)置(zhi),往前撥(bo)時稍用力推)后再撥(bo)回ON位(wei)置(zhi)。

由于(yu)數字(zi)儀表的靈敏度和分(fen)辨率(lv)比指(zhi)針儀表較高,易受周圍靜電及操作(zuo)人員帶電的影響,按下測(ce)試按鍵后有時顯示不為"000"而有尾數"?",但(dan)其測(ce)量誤差可(ke)以忽略。若(ruo)對(dui)測(ce)量結果(guo)要求較準確,可(ke)從測(ce)量讀(du)數中減除初始讀(du)數。

將(jiang)儀(yi)表由(you)遠至近(jin)移到離(li)被測物體的(de)距離(li)為10cm處(chu)(chu)(從(cong)儀(yi)表前(qian)端的(de)凹槽計算測量距離(li))讀(du)(du)(du)取(qu)儀(yi)表的(de)讀(du)(du)(du)數(shu),單位為千伏(kV)。當被測物體的(de)電位變(bian)化時,讀(du)(du)(du)數(shu)也變(bian),為了讀(du)(du)(du)數(shu)方便,將(jiang)"讀(du)(du)(du)數(shu)保(bao)(bao)持"開關按下,即保(bao)(bao)持讀(du)(du)(du)數(shu)不變(bian),可將(jiang)儀(yi)表移到方便讀(du)(du)(du)數(shu)之處(chu)(chu)讀(du)(du)(du)數(shu)。松手后儀(yi)表將(jiang)自(zi)動(dong)恢復(fu)顯示。

4.2 檢測防靜電產(chan)品性能

用本表(biao)(biao)(biao)能(neng)迅(xun)速檢測一些防(fang)靜(jing)電產品的性能(neng)。用尼龍或塑料(liao)薄膜摩擦(ca)待檢測的紡織品(如工(gong)作服、布料(liao))、地板(ban)、地毯、工(gong)作臺、包裝箱、泡沫、塑料(liao)管元件盒等表(biao)(biao)(biao)面,用EST101防(fang)爆靜(jing)電電壓表(biao)(biao)(biao)測量待檢測物體的表(biao)(biao)(biao)面電位(wei),如果其表(biao)(biao)(biao)面電位(wei)越(yue)低(或下降越(yue)快(kuai)),則(ze)其防(fang)靜(jing)電性能(neng)越(yue)好,否(fou)則(ze)防(fang)靜(jing)電性能(neng)不好。

4.3 接(jie)觸式測量

增加(jia)一(yi)圓(yuan)(yuan)形平板(ban)電極,即可(ke)(ke)以(yi)接觸測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)物體的(de)(de)電位(wei)(wei)。采用(yong)接觸式測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang),可(ke)(ke)以(yi)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)導體、人體電位(wei)(wei)和測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)油面(mian)(mian)電位(wei)(wei) (需要增加(jia)較多(duo)輔助附(fu)件(jian),且操(cao)作者要非常有經(jing)驗才能減(jian)小誤(wu)差),測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)油面(mian)(mian)電位(wei)(wei),強力推(tui)薦配有接觸式測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)靜電計的(de)(de)完全符合國家標(biao)準EST202油面(mian)(mian)電位(wei)(wei)系統。在較長時(shi)(shi)間的(de)(de)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)中(如(ru)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)油面(mian)(mian)電位(wei)(wei)時(shi)(shi)),儀表本身的(de)(de)漂(piao)移會(hui)影響測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)準確度(du),這時(shi)(shi)可(ke)(ke)以(yi)讀完一(yi)次(ci)(ci)讀數后(hou)將儀表移開圓(yuan)(yuan)形平板(ban)電極1米以(yi)遠處清零后(hou)進行下一(yi)次(ci)(ci)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)。每次(ci)(ci)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)之前(qian)都清零,因每次(ci)(ci)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)時(shi)(shi)間較短,其漂(piao)移就很小,由多(duo)次(ci)(ci)這樣測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)結果就可(ke)(ke)以(yi)描繪(hui)出(chu)過程很長但變化較慢的(de)(de)電位(wei)(wei)變化曲線。

4.4 測量原理

本(ben)儀表(biao)(biao)傳(chuan)感器(qi)采(cai)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)容感應探頭(本(ben)儀表(biao)(biao)的(de)探頭位(wei)于(yu)儀表(biao)(biao)的(de)前端,與儀表(biao)(biao)成一體〕,利用電(dian)(dian)(dian)容分壓原理,經過高輸(shu)入阻抗放大器(qi)和A/D轉換器(qi)等,由(you)液晶顯示(shi)(shi)出被測(ce)物體的(de)靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,如圖1示(shi)(shi)。為保證讀(du)(du)數(shu)的(de)準(zhun)確,本(ben)儀表(biao)(biao)設有電(dian)(dian)(dian)池欠壓顯示(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)以及讀(du)(du)數(shu)保持(chi)等電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)。

五、注意事項

1、當顯示(shi)“LOBAT”符號時,應(ying)換(huan)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)。本儀表(biao)耗電(dian)(dian)極(ji)省,間(jian)斷使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)時一(yi)(yi)(yi)般一(yi)(yi)(yi)年更換(huan)一(yi)(yi)(yi)次電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)即可。更換(huan)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)應(ying)在安全場(chang)合進(jin)行,打開電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)蓋(gai)即可更換(huan)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)。本儀表(biao)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)節(jie)6F22型9V電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)。長期不使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)儀表(biao)時應(ying)將電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)取出。

2、當發現故障時(shi),請與(yu)本廠維修部門聯系進(jin)行修理。請勿自行拆卸(xie),以免(mian)影響儀表的(de)防爆性能。本表保修期為(wei)(wei)24個月(yue),在保修期內如發現非人為(wei)(wei)故障,本廠免(mian)費維修或調(diao)換。

3、為節省電池(chi),2007年7月起改進時(shi)增加了(le)自動(dong)電池(chi)關(guan)機(ji)功能,以防忘(wang)記關(guan)機(ji)后將電池(chi)耗盡(jin),同時(shi)也可以減小(xiao)漂移(yi)的影響。

六、儀表的校對

把高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)、標準電(dian)(dian)極(ji)板(φ=60cm)和準確(que)度(du)高(gao)于(yu)1%的(de)(de)(de)接觸(chu)式靜電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)按圖示(shi)連(lian)接。將待(dai)校對的(de)(de)(de)靜電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)固(gu)定使(shi)得其探(tan)頭與電(dian)(dian)極(ji)的(de)(de)(de)距(ju)離為10cm,調整(zheng)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),記(ji)錄(lu)標準靜電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)的(de)(de)(de)讀數(shu)V1和待(dai)校正(zheng)的(de)(de)(de)靜電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)的(de)(de)(de)讀 數(shu)V2。由于(yu)本儀表(biao)的(de)(de)(de)顯示(shi)是(shi)線(xian)性的(de)(de)(de),即便使(shi)用其它(ta)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(如(ru)直徑不是(shi)φ=60cm,或(huo)形(xing)狀不是(shi)平(ping)板的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)),本儀表(biao)讀數(shu)僅相差一個系數(shu) k=V1/V2,計算出這(zhe)個系數(shu)后將測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)(de)讀數(shu)乘(cheng)以(yi)這(zhe)個系數(shu) k即可(ke)準確(que)地測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)其它(ta)形(xing)狀(如(ru)管、線(xian)或(huo)非平(ping)面等)、不同大小和按不同距(ju)離測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)物(wu)(wu)體的(de)(de)(de)表(biao)面電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(電(dian)(dian)位),若(ruo)按電(dian)(dian)場強度(du)校對,則可(ke)用于(yu)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)靜電(dian)(dian)場強E。若(ruo)按表(biao)面電(dian)(dian)荷密度(du)校對,則可(ke)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)物(wu)(wu)體的(de)(de)(de)表(biao)面電(dian)(dian)荷密度(du)σ。
